There is nothing in our home that points to its true age. Our journey with Gatliff started almost two years ago. My husband and I were at a point in our lives where we were looking to make our final move, the one which we call our forever home. Never building a home from the ground up but knowing what we wanted, the hard part was finding the right custom builder. The one who we could trust and who would take all of our ideas along with some of his own to come up with this beautiful home. We interviewed three custom builders, including Gatliff, and knew right from meeting with Randy and Susannah that they would help make our dreams come true. They showed the most passion, interest and desire to meet our expectations and even exceeded them. It didn’t seem like just another house to them. From start to finish they explained every step of the process to us and never promised unrealistic completion dates. Susannah set up all appointments for flooring, plumbing, fixtures and much more. She was there to meet us at these appointments on time making suggestions to help keep us within budget. We have now been living in our custom built Gatliff home since December, 2016 and each day we fall in love a little more. We still find it hard to believe that these were our ideas with Randy’s assistance behind it. We are still both very much in touch with Randy and Susannah, and my husband and I are so glad that Gatliff was the builder we decided to move forward with.
